I am an admin, former GSM with NCL, and an academy trained coach pursuing my International Coaching Federation Accreditation. I am also a recruitment agent for the cruise lines.
I require 20 hours of free coaching to take my exam. If you are looking for a job on ships and need direction, if you are onboard and want to enhance your skills or transition to land, I am giving free sessions. First come, first serve. Sessions are one hour.
I am also trained in personal areas if you would benefit from relationship coaching, grief, purpose, parenting, separation etc

    The salary of Cook Teppanyaki in Norwegian Cruise Line is only $1,200 a month ( lowest in all cruise line)and they are just getting extra from the tips that are given to them directly by some guest ( if the guest leave their tip on the table that is for the waiters only)and they are also getting extra from charge tip which is divided amongst 15 Cook Teppanyaki.
