One of the worst in the industry. Its really laughable. We got a raise this year which was announced like a big deal... It was less than 2 %
. They also announced an incentive system to the service staff which payes the highest incentives to managers who dont need to work for it at all. So you are pushed to work harder and harder so they can get payed more while you get peanuts in return
