Hi,

MSC Cruises is having fleet wide issues regarding the salary of the crew members, especially in housekeeping. The company doesn't give "guest satisfaction" if you don't reach the "target scores". The ships are always full with no gratuity, they even remove payment for the luggage, they increased the numbers of cabins up to 24, they reduced the sections and manning of cabin attendants resulting to long rotation. And now, the salary is coming back like before. So much money is missing, that is why we are reaching out and hoping for help and some actions regarding this matter. Thank you!

    We are 1500 crew onboard the startup cruise line called Aroya Cruises from Saudi Arabia, operated by Columbia Cruise Services.
